We carefully clean all types of roofing, including barrel tile, shingle, metal, and slate roofs. To get these results, we use a specialized solution of chemicals and the same amount of pressure that comes out of your garden hose. Highly recommend these folks. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly. We opted for a lot of work. Roof, exterior windows, screened patios (front/back) including screen cages, whole house, driveway and sidewalks. They arrived on time, made sure we knew what they were doing and made sure we were happy before leaving. Ethan and Aubrey were just a pleasure to work with and Andrew who came and gave us our estimate was amazing. We received a written quote with pictures. We received cheaper estimates from other companies but when Andrew from Safely Softwash came out to give us a quote my husband was very impressed with the quality of work and attention to detail that he promised to deliver. Now that it’s done we are extremely pleased with the results. Our paved driveway looks like new again and so does the tile roof. Began with Andrew coming out to give me and neighbor an estimate. What sold me on safely Softwash was the price and his 5 year warranty. No one else who I contacted offered that. Free service, if any cleaning needs the first year. After that, if roof needs to be cleaned again, Andrew discounts the job for years 2-5, 50%. They cleaned the roof, cleaned and sealed the pavers and removed rust stains from the sides of the house. They even removed rust stains from our privacy fence with the extra spray from the house.They were on time, professional and did more work than quoted. Really happy with how it made our house look. I asked Jack please provide me with a general liability insurance coverage. He provided me GLI promptly. The time was 9:30 am for this project and exact they were 9:30 am. at the door. They did an excellent job to clean not only the roof, but also washed the gutter and provided with before and after photos of the rooftop. They were very professional and friendly, would recommend highly.

Safely Softwash did my neighbor’s roof and siding. I spoke with one of the technicians who was so polite and so professional I decided to hire them to clean my roof, siding, and driveway. They were on time and made sure that none of my plants or landscaping would be affected by the cleaning. The quality of the job was superior! I was amazed to see that my roof was back to its original color! I was anticipating having to paint my house trim, but they cleaned it up so well I don’t even think it needs painting. My driveway and sidewalks look great as well. When the property manager from your HOA compliments the work, you know you hired the right company. I 100% recommend Safely Softwash!

I had my entire one story home from roof to foundation washed as well as the aluminum framed patio cage. Additionally, Safely Soft wash pressure cleaned my patio pavers, re-sanded and re-sealed the pavers. The pavers had not been sanded or sealed since the original installation 10 years ago. We recently moved into a new home. The lani frame and screens were very moldy and the pool deck pavers had not been sealed with mold growing in between them. Safely Softwash did an excellent job of cleaning and mold removal. The sealed pavers look fantastic. The crew was very professional and the chemicals did not harm the vegetation or lawn. You may find someone to do it cheaper but you won't find someone who will do it better.
